This week's Project 52 theme is The "Eyes" of March. While my photo doesn't really have anything to do with March (except that I took the photo in March), it does feature some eyes.
Some beady little eyes, that is. This hermit crab belongs to some friends of mine who needed a sitter for their boys yesterday. Since my kids love to play with their kids, we went over for a while to play. While there, Keira, of course, had to check out their hermit crabs. She especially liked this blue one (her favorite color). And it gave me an opportunity to photograph something I'll probably never get to photograph again. :)

OH MY! Here's looking at you, too!
Very cool shot! I don't think I've ever seen a blue hermit crab.

Great eye shot, love the pretty colored shell too.
There was a photo opportunity, and you did a great job with it!
I have never seen a hermit crab up close and personal like that. He is kind of cute!
Those are some eyes! We ate our photo subject this week!
Great photo.
Regard and best wishes
YIKES!!!!! My kids used to have those- turned out to be more of a science experiment than a pet :)
