The surgeons were in today at 6:45 a.m. (ugh!) and cleared Keira to go home. Some things need to be put into place first, but we're hoping to be leaving around lunchtime.
We ordered our last "room service" :) and Keira's trying to squeeze in a few more ZZZZZZZ's before her breakfast gets here. She'll probably want to play on the laptop a bit more too.
We are sooooo looking forward to being at home!!!
Thanks again for all your prayer support! We truly appreciate it! Please continue as we are not done with this whole ordeal yet.
The visiting nurse will come to our home this evening to show me how to administer Keira's meds, so that should be interesting. Not that it will be difficult for me to learn, but her curious little brothers will make it interesting, I'm sure. :)

Woo hoo!! Hooray for home and your own bed and nurses not coming in to check on you at all hours of the night!
Wow. What a difference a few days make. Praying all are ont he mend and that life is nice and uneventfull for the near future. Jenn
Laura - I was so tired last night that I didn't even hear the nurses coming in. :) I am sooooo happy I get to sleep in my own bed now!
