You may remember a while ago I got to read and review the book, The Guardian Duke. (Gina of Chic Homeschool Mama was the winner of that giveaway, in case you were wondering.) I loved it so much and couldn't wait to read the next book in the series, The Forgiven Duke. Well, I got to read it sooner than I thought I would and I was so excited!
The second book in this series picks up right where The Guardian Duke left off. However, if you hadn't read the first book, I think you would still be able to follow along as the author gives glimpses throughout the book of how the characters got to this point.
About the Book:

This book, like the first, kept me turning the pages. I wasn't able to read it in two days like I did the first book :), but I looked forward each day to picking it up and reading more. Keira read the first book also and is chomping at the bit to read this one.
Jamie Carie has a wonderful writing style, and I've enjoyed these two books of hers so much that I'm just started reading another book of hers, Snow Angel, with plans to read more soon.
And I really look forward to reading the final book in the series, A Duke's Promise. Hopefully soon! :)
