I am almost caught up with 2013's pages! WOOT! I had to combine weeks 5 and 6 due to a lack of pictures. And I managed to get week 7 done this weekend also. Week 8 is already started - still in the planning stages. I have too many pictures for week 8, which is a good problem to have, I guess. So I need to narrow them down. Or do two spreads. :) I'm really hoping to stay caught up this year. Especially since I'm still working on 2011 (digitally) and 2012 (physical).
Anyway, here are my pages ...
{2013 - Weeks five & six - left side}
{right side}
{spread}
As I stated before, I am using the Seafoam edition of Project Life. On the left page, the 3x4 journaling card originally had "this is life" in an orange circle. I didn't care for the way it looked on my page so I used the paint bucket and changed it to light blue. I also lowered the opacity of the title card since it is black and white originally. The background paper and flourish on the title card are from Scrapper's Guide.
{2013 - Week seven - left side}
{right side}
{spread}
I also lowered the opacity of the title card in week seven because it was too orange for me. The 3x4 quote card is a freebie from Becky Higgins - minus the brackets - I added them. The clock embellishment and background paper are from Scrapper's Guide. (I have multiple digi kits from when I was a member of SG, so you will probably be seeing things from them each week. I need to justify taking up all that portable hard drive space. :) )
Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek! Have a wonderful week!

The picture of Alex peeking over the table is adorable! Love the type face you're using too!
I love your layouts! I'm still trying to get better at scrapping my week, I always seem to run out of space!
Love this week and how clean your pages are. The photo with the lipstick on his face is priceless - it totally made me smile :)
I'm a big fan of your pictures and now love to see them all in the layouts. I finally signed up for the Jessica Sprague course so I can learn to do digital PL. I love how the pages look-such nice clean lines and typed journaling. Can't wait to start mine. I've got a few years to catch up on.
As always, your photos are beautiful, and I LOVE how you are journaling along with them this year. I need to learn how to do this! IT is awesome, and what great memories for the future.
Gorgeous photos and layouts. I love that you took a picture of your husband right after a workout! Mine wouldn't be very amused either.
Love the Bob Dylan quote!
Congrats on being almost caught up! And I'm working on 2012 still as well - or rather, I want to start working on it as soon as I can catch up 2013. Your pages are so wintry this week, I like the pale soft colors. I love the B&W pics of your kids with the mirror & violin, & the one of Nick with the lipstick kisses!
