Fall is in full swing here in Western Pennsylvania. The air is crisp. The trees are gorgeous with their hues of golds, oranges, and reds. And my craving for all things pumpkin is in full swing. :) Hoping to do something about that this week.
Last week found me trying to get my inspiration back. I set out to find my mojo and think I just may have. (Let's just hope it sticks around!) I took LOADS of photos that I now need to sort through. Here's just a very small sampling ...

We bought Keira a Kindle Fire for her birthday; she was thrilled. However it has caused some squabbling among the kids because the boys want to play games on it and Keira's not quite ready to share it with them yet. Plus she gets upset because Doug and I place limits on the amount of time she's allowed to spend on it (unless she's actually reading a book). Never a dull moment around here.

Found this lone daisy growing in my flower bed. Apparently it is a bit confused.

My dahlias keep blooming! I just need to figure out a way to keep them standing. They are so heavy that they fall over all the time. :(
{Wednesday}
The leaves are so pretty right now!
{Thursday}
Got a few photos of Alex while the trees are so colorful in the background. This one really shows his personality.
{Friday}
Nick, the photobomber, made an appearance this afternoon during Keira's photoshoot, if only for a moment. :) We did get plenty of shots of her without her little brother running through. This one just made me smile.

The whole family went on the annual farm tour this morning. It was cold and wet to start but ended up being a decent day. I managed to find all these colors in this rooster's comb and wattle.
Hope you have a great week!

That is a really GORGEOUS photo of Keira!
Love all the foliage colors throughout the week! Fall is here with gusto in Boston too! Happy (belated) b-day to Keira!
A beautiful collection of photos - the rooster is stunning - what wonderful feathers, and a gorgeous colour palette too.
Saying Hi through Color Me Weekly.
Love all the fall colors and your kiddo captures! The rooster is awesome! I love that.
Nice shots!
Keira looks gorgeous in that photo! I love Tuesday's dahlia as well. My grandparents have big red ones and they had to stake them to keep them upright.
wow! they are all stunning! My favorite is the second one! I love the texture work you've done with it!
Love all the different colors in these shots! That rooster is my favorite!
All amazing photos. We just bought our oldest son a fire too and have the sames problems. Then my middle son won a kindle (reader only) at school and was so excited until he realized it was not a fire and was very limited. LOL! Love that rooster shot and colors--perfect!
These make me happy!!! I always look forward to visiting to see what you have captured each week. Always phenomenal.
Let me know how you like the Kindle. I am somewhat disappointed in my Nook tablet. It's quick when reading but games & internet it's so sluggish & "glitchy" (think I just made up a word there) Plus it lacks functions that I could really use. Been looking at the Samsung but for the price I may as well get the ipad. I could get a pretty good lens for that- you know?!
Oh what a rooster! love all those red shades too.
The shots of the kids against those autumnal trees are fantastic!
