Raising Monarchs is such a wonderful experience. I look forward to it every year.
So far this year we've only successfully raised four butterflies, but I hope to raise a few more before the season is over.
But even if we don't get to raise more, we will be forever grateful to have helped bring the four gorgeous creatures that we did into the world.

Wonderful captures! I love how the chrysalis case opens up like a little capsule to let the monarch emerge.
That is so cool that you guys do this every year. I wish I could go back in time and do that in my childhood.
