This week's Shoot and Edit theme is FLOWERS. I love flowers! Fresh cut, potted, growing wild, or ones that I have planted. I love them all! Since spring has just arrived and we're a little short on flowers around here, I bought myself a bouquet of pretty flowers last week just in time for this week's theme. Although during my run on Friday, I saw some crocus growing in someone's yard. If I had my camera with me, I would have stopped to photograph them. But it is a little (okay, a lot!) hard to run with a camera around your neck. :)

I love the fact that I got a little sun flare in there!
These are tulips that are sprouting at my kids' school. They planted them a couple years ago and enjoy seeing them every spring. Nick thinks he knows which one is his. :) Out of the 300 or so that are there. Silly boy.
Last, here is the closest thing I have to a spring flower. A dandelion daffodil (I just realized I called this a dandelion! Oops!) bud I discovered in my yard yesterday. Not quite there, but close, which is promising.
