Scavenger Hunt Sunday 2.27.11

Time for another Scavenger Hunt!  I wasn't sure I would be able to participate this week since I've been sick with bronchitis and not feeling all that inspired to take pictures.  But somehow I managed.  (And I'm feeling better each day, in case you were wondering.)

This week's items are: Capture the sky, Every day, Furry, Life, and Blurred (bokeh, motion blur, unfocused).  

Here are my interpretations:

{Capture the Sky}

Our skies this week were mostly gray and uninteresting, except for a tiny bit of sunshine here and there.  I did manage to capture some geese in the sky though.

{Every day}

Doug showed Alex how to look up different train cars on Lionel's website a month or so ago.  Ever since then, Alex wants to look on the "train lines" every.single.day.

{Furry}

Our sweet Honeybuns is definitely furry.  She had a much-needed bath on Friday, which makes her hair all curly for a few days.  She was a little perturbed at me interrupting her nap to take her photo.  :)

{Life}

Life is good when all 3 kids are getting along.  They were making "kid sandwiches" one evening this week.  They kept switching places, taking turns being the bread and meat.  I happened to capture one of their creations.

{Blurred}

Our neighbor's pond has a pipe that carries the overflow down into a creek.  It looked pretty cool the way the ice formed around it.
