It is fun to "borrow" the baby for a while, but suffice it to say that I won't be having any more babes of my own. Unless we would choose to adopt. And even then, it won't be a baby.
Don't get me wrong. She's a sweet little thing. But having her here for a few hours reminded me of how little you get done with an infant around. Plus Alex was showing serious signs of jealousy when I held her ... and she's only his cousin. I can't imagine how he would be if it were a little sister/brother.
Anyway, while they were here, I, of course, took the opportunity to snap a few photos. This one is the best.
I spread a blanket out on the floor and laid her on her belly. Alex came right over and laid down beside her. How sweet is that?!
