Christmas yesterday, today, and forever

More than 2000 years ago, a young girl in labor looked anxiously around her. Her Baby would be born any second, on a cold night ... in a dirty stable. A humble beginning for the Life that would bring life to the world... her Son. Young Mary may not have understood everything that was happening to her, but her faith brought her peace. A peace that felt eternal.

She began a miraculous journey that night as the mother of Jesus Christ. She must have felt frightened sometimes ... and often overwhelmed, just as all mothers do. But her faith increased each time she took hold of her little Boy's outstretched hand. Inside, she knew that she was holding not just the hand of her Son, but her Savior.

Throughout His life, Mary's Son extended His hand to many. On the day His hands were wounded, He extended them to the world, offering grace ... mercy... healing ... life. And His offer still stands today.

Will you have the faith of Mary, and begin a miraculous journey of your own? Today is Christmas ... take His hand and experience eternity.
