I've been so busy lately that when I get a few minutes to just breathe, I like to step outside (when it isn't freezing) and enjoy the beauty of new life. Spring might just be my new favorite season.
Little things, like these pink blossoms we found the other evening, just make me happy. They remind me to slow down and "smell the roses" even in the midst of busyness. The to-do list can sometimes wait.

It has been a chilly spring! I love these delicate pink blooms. I need the reminder to slow down too, sometimes. Spring is so fleeting, and it should be savored.
